Guided visualisations
Visualisation is a form of meditation that uses images and symbols, connecting body and mind.
In guided visualisation you are guided on your own personal “journey" through listening to a live voice or an audio recording, using your breathing and imagination to create a calm, peaceful state that can facilitate your transformation and inner healing processes.

Engaging with the right brain, like working with metaphors, my guided visualisations will allow unconscious material to surface in order to produce the change you aspire to, bringing deep inner transformations into your life.
Using suggestions, breathing and relaxing exercises, you will make contact with your most potent internal resources.
Practicing meditation can play a vital role in our ability to perform better, to relax and return to ourselves. It is also a very fast and effective way to access knowledge, powerful outcomes and meaningful answers that are in each of us.
HOW and WHY does it work?
Guided visualisations and the breathing exercises help you to access a state (feeling relaxed, focused and safe), in which you’re in a position to socially engage and experience what you need to receive and create in your life.
Recent neuroscience studies have demonstrated how effective meditation and visualisation practices are in regulating the autonomic nervous system.
Visual images are events that happen to the body and are not just images. They connect to all our senses. Our bodies don’t discriminate between imaginary visual material and what is happening in real life. With guided visualisations, we can deliberately introduce new resources or healthful images. The body will respond as if it is happening for real.
Visualisations create new resources and memories, through new neuronal pathways, which create new experiences and reinforce new ways of being as opposed to old dysfunctional pathways.
The use of symbols in the therapeutic space engages both parts of the brain so we can better access what sometimes can be inaccessible in talking therapies.
